- 1 head of lettuce, leaves separated Iceberg or butter lettuce recommended.

Method
Cooking
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey until browned.
- Add the minced garlic and chopped water chestnuts, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the hoisin sauce, adding salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and spoon the turkey mixture into the lettuce leaves.
- Top with optional sliced green onions or sesame seeds, if desired. Serve immediately.
