- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, diced

Method
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Stir in sweet potatoes, zucchini, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 10-15 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy your healthy dinner!
