- 2 cups cooked ham, diced Use leftover ham for best flavor.
- 1 cup cooked rice Any type of cooked rice will work.
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded Leftover roasted or poached chicken works well.
- 2 cups broccoli florets Fresh or frozen broccoli can be used.
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded Feel free to use a cheese blend.
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup Can substitute with other types of creamy soups.
- 1/2 cup milk Use any type of milk.
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder Adjust to taste.
- 1 teaspoon onion powder Adjust to taste.
- to taste Salt and pepper
- optional vegetables (carrots, peas, etc.) Add any preferred vegetables.
Method
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked ham, rice, chicken, broccoli, and any optional vegetables.
- In a separate bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the soup mixture over the ham mixture and stir until everything is well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is bubbly.
- Serve hot.

Notes
