- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped

- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)

- 1 cup green beans, chopped
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning

Method
Cooking Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion, carrots, celery, and garlic, and sauté until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the beef broth, diced tomatoes, corn, green beans, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Serve hot, and top with shredded cheese if desired.
