Method
Cooking
- Place eggs in a single layer in a saucepan and cover with water.
- Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Once boiling, cover the pan, remove it from heat, and let the eggs sit for 9-12 minutes depending on desired doneness.
- Prepare an ice bath in a bowl.
- After the time is up, transfer the eggs to the ice bath for 5-10 minutes.
- Peel and enjoy.
