Method
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together oats, mashed bananas, almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
