Method
Cooking Pasta
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Making the Sauce
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink.
- Stir in cherry tomatoes, cooked linguine, lemon juice, and parsley. Toss everything to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serving
