  • ¼ cup dried fruit or nuts Optional mix-ins for extra texture.

Method

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the oats and almond butter.
  • Add honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract. Mix well until everything is combined.
  • If you like, stir in the dark chocolate chips or dried fruit/nuts.
  • Press the mixture into an 8×8-inch pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until firm.
  • Cut into squares or bars and enjoy!
