Ingredients
For the Cake
- 1 box cake mix (yellow or white)
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs

- 1 cup vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained Use fresh pineapple for better flavor.
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup whipped cream Coconut whipped cream for dairy-free option.
- to taste fresh fruit for topping (optional) Fruits like berries or peach slices can be used.
Method
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake according to package instructions.
- Allow the cake to cool completely.
Layering
- In another bowl, mix the vanilla pudding with heavy cream until smooth.
- Once the cake is cooled, spread the pudding mixture over the top.
- Layer the crushed pineapple and marshmallows on top of the pudding layer.
- Finally, spread whipped cream on top and add fresh fruit if desired.
- Chill before serving to allow the flavors to combine.

Notes
