  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs

For the Toppings

  • 1 cup vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained Use fresh pineapple for better flavor.
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup whipped cream Coconut whipped cream for dairy-free option.

Method

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake according to package instructions.
  • Allow the cake to cool completely.

Layering

  • In another bowl, mix the vanilla pudding with heavy cream until smooth.
  • Once the cake is cooled, spread the pudding mixture over the top.
  • Layer the crushed pineapple and marshmallows on top of the pudding layer.
  • Finally, spread whipped cream on top and add fresh fruit if desired.
  • Chill before serving to allow the flavors to combine.
