Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese (2% MF) Make sure it is blended thoroughly for a smooth texture.
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup Adjust according to your sweetness preference.
  • 3 cups plain Greek yogurt (full fat) You can use low-fat for a lighter version.
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers Use gluten-free options for a gluten-free dessert.
  • 1 cup berries You can use more to garnish.

Method

Preparation

  • Add the cottage cheese to a large food processor. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the maple syrup to the blended cottage cheese and blend again.
  • In a mixing bowl, mix the whipped cottage cheese with Greek yogurt using a silicone spatula until well combined.

Layering

  • Layer the jars in the following order: graham crackers, cheesecake mixture, more graham crackers, berries, and finally more cheesecake mixture.
  • Garnish with additional berries when ready to serve or enjoy immediately.
