  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • optional Fresh parsley for garnish

Method

Preparation

  • In a bowl, whisk together honey, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or a dish and pour the marinade over the chicken.
  • Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for better flavor.

Cooking

  • Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  • Remove chicken from marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through and juices run clear.
  • Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve.

Notes
