Method
Preparation
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or a dish and pour the marinade over the chicken.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for better flavor.
Cooking
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through and juices run clear.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve.

Notes
