  • 2 pieces chicken breasts Boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup fettuccine pasta Or any pasta of your choice
  • 1/2 cup honey Adjust based on sweetness preference
  • 1/4 cup butter Unsalted preferred
  • 1 cup heavy cream For a non-dairy version, use coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Use freshly grated for better flavor
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish Optional but recommended

Method

Preparation

  • Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add honey and stir until combined.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  • Remove chicken from skillet and let rest before slicing.

Cooking

  • Lower the heat and add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Stir until smooth.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, mixing well to coat.
  • Serve the pasta with sliced chicken on top and garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes
