- 2 pieces chicken breasts Boneless, skinless
- 1 cup fettuccine pasta Or any pasta of your choice
- 1/2 cup honey Adjust based on sweetness preference
- 1/4 cup butter Unsalted preferred
- 1 cup heavy cream For a non-dairy version, use coconut cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Use freshly grated for better flavor
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish Optional but recommended
Method
Preparation
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add honey and stir until combined.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Remove chicken from skillet and let rest before slicing.
Cooking
- Lower the heat and add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Stir until smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, mixing well to coat.
- Serve the pasta with sliced chicken on top and garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes
