Method

Preparation

  • In a small bowl, mix together honey and Dijon mustard.
  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the chicken. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
  • Pour the honey mustard mixture over the chicken and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
  • In a separate pot, cook the rice according to package instructions using chicken broth instead of water for added flavor.
