Ingredients
Pizza Base
- 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
Toppings
- ½ lb hot Italian sausage (cooked and crumbled)
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese

Method
Preparation
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
Cooking Sausage
- In a skillet, cook the hot Italian sausage until it is browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
Assembling Pizza
- Place the dough on a pizza stone or baking sheet. Brush it lightly with olive oil.
- Layer with shredded mozzarella cheese, cooked sausage, and crumbled feta cheese.
Baking
- Bake in a preheated oven at 475°F (245°C) for 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Finishing Touch
- Remove the pizza from the oven. Drizzle hot honey generously over the top and sprinkle red pepper flakes if desired.
Serving
- Garnish with fresh herbs like parsley or basil. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
