  • 1 cup Hummus Use your favorite flavor
  • 4 large leaves Lettuce leaves Rinse and dry
  • 1 large Carrot Sliced or julienned
  • 1 large Cucumber Sliced
  • 1 large Pepper Sliced (any color)
  • 1 medium Tomato Sliced
  • 4 pieces Tortilla wraps or flatbreads Any type of wrap works

Method

Preparation

  • Spread a generous layer of hummus on a tortilla wrap or flatbread.
  • Layer the lettuce, sliced carrots, cucumbers, peppers, and tomatoes on top of the hummus.
  • Roll the wrap tightly from one end to the other.
  • Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve.
