- 1 cup Hummus Use your favorite flavor
- 4 large leaves Lettuce leaves Rinse and dry
- 1 large Carrot Sliced or julienned
- 1 large Cucumber Sliced
- 1 large Pepper Sliced (any color)
- 1 medium Tomato Sliced
- 4 pieces Tortilla wraps or flatbreads Any type of wrap works
Method
Preparation
- Spread a generous layer of hummus on a tortilla wrap or flatbread.
- Layer the lettuce, sliced carrots, cucumbers, peppers, and tomatoes on top of the hummus.
- Roll the wrap tightly from one end to the other.
- Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve.
