Method
Cooking Instructions
- Set the Instant Pot to 'Sauté' mode. Add the olive oil, chopped onion, and minced garlic; cook until the onion is soft.
- Stir in the Arborio rice and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add the sliced smoked sausage and chicken broth; stir to combine.
- Seal the Instant Pot and set it to 'Manual' mode for 6 minutes.
- Once the timer goes off, do a quick release of the pressure.
- Open the lid and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
