Method

Make the White Sauce

  • Sprinkle in the flour and stir for another minute to create a roux.
  • Gradually pour in the whole milk while whisking to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer until it thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in the salt and pepper to taste.

Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).

Prepare the Dough

  • Roll out the artisan pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  • Transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone brushed with olive oil.

Add the Sauce and Cheese

  • Spread the creamy white garlic sauce evenly over the dough.
  • Sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan evenly, then dollop spoonfuls of ricotta across the top.

Bake the Pizza
