Ingredients

Salad Ingredients

  • 2 medium Cucumbers Sliced
  • 8 oz Fresh mozzarella cheese Cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 pt Cherry tomatoes Halved
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves Chopped or whole

Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method

Preparation

  • Slice the cucumbers and cherry tomatoes.
  • Cut the mozzarella into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil leaves.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Toss gently to combine.

Serving

  • Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
