Notes
Serve Juicy Greek Chicken Bites on their own, drizzled with extra lemon juice, or alongside a fresh Greek salad. You can also serve them with warm pita bread or over a bed of fluffy rice. For extra flavor, top with crumbled feta cheese and fresh parsley. For maximum flavor, try to marinate the chicken for a few hours or overnight. Use fresh herbs if possible; they really enhance the taste. Keep an eye on the cooking time to avoid overcooking the chicken, which can make it dry.
