- 1/4 cup almond flour

Method
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, eggs, almond flour, sweetener, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt until well combined.
- Fold in the diced apples, then pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Baking
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until set and lightly golden on top.
- Let it cool slightly before serving warm.
