Ingredients

For the Shrimp

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper

For the Bang Bang Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce (sugar-free for keto)
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha (adjust to taste)

Method

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) or your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a bowl, combine almond flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip the shrimp into the almond flour mixture, coating them evenly.

Cooking

  • Place the shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer, or on a baking sheet if using the oven.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes until the shrimp are crispy and cooked through.
  • In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha to make the bang bang sauce.
  • Once the shrimp are done, toss them in the bang bang sauce or serve it on the side.

Serving
