  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix together the bourbon, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  • Marinate the chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking
