- Salt and pepper to taste

Method
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix together the bourbon, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the marinated thighs on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes
