- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter Melted before cooking.
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste

- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste

Method
Cooking
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft and translucent.
- Add the garlic and ginger, and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the tomato paste, garam masala, turmeric, and cumin. Cook for 2-3 minutes to enhance the flavors.
- Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is lightly browned and cooked through.
- Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream until well combined. Simmer for 5 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.

Notes
