Ingredients
Cheese Mixture
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Use finely shredded for best melt.
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1 large egg Beaten
Biscuit Base
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Method
Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, and egg. Mix well.
- Add the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt to the bowl. Stir until everything is combined.
- Scoop small amounts of dough and shape them into biscuits.
Cooking
- Place the biscuits in the air fryer basket, leaving some space between each one.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
- Let the biscuits cool for 2 minutes before serving.
