Ingredients

Cheese Mixture

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Use finely shredded for best melt.
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 large egg Beaten

Biscuit Base

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Method

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, and egg. Mix well.
  • Add the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt to the bowl. Stir until everything is combined.

Cooking
