  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Method

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Stir in the mustard, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Assembly & Baking

  • In a baking dish, layer the beef mixture, followed by diced tomatoes and chopped pickles.
