- 2 pounds ground beef
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Method
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the mustard, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Assembly & Baking
- In a baking dish, layer the beef mixture, followed by diced tomatoes and chopped pickles.
- Sprinkle the cooked bacon and shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving and enjoy your keto cheeseburger casserole!
