Method
Preparation
- Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the chicken.
- Add the cream cheese and chicken broth to the crock pot.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
- Shred the chicken using two forks and stir to combine with the sauce.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
Serving
- Serve garnished with chopped green onions.
- Optionally, serve on its own, with a side salad, or in lettuce wraps.
