  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 8 slices corned beef Thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sauerkraut Drained

Seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons mustard For extra flavor
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Method

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Lay slices of Swiss cheese on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Place corned beef and a small amount of sauerkraut on top of each cheese slice.
  • Sprinkle with mustard, pepper, and onion powder.
  • Roll up each cheese slice tightly and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  • Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is crispy and golden.
  • Let cool for a minute before serving.
