- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 8 slices corned beef Thinly sliced
- 1 cup sauerkraut Drained

Method
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lay slices of Swiss cheese on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Place corned beef and a small amount of sauerkraut on top of each cheese slice.
- Sprinkle with mustard, pepper, and onion powder.
- Roll up each cheese slice tightly and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is crispy and golden.
- Let cool for a minute before serving.
