Method
Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla extract until well blended.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the parchment paper to a thickness of about 1/4 inch.
- Sprinkle the mixed berries evenly over the top of the yogurt.
- Optionally, top with nuts or seeds.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, break into bark pieces and serve.
