- 1 teaspoon onion powder

Method
Preparation
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, sear the chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add chicken broth and sun-dried tomatoes, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, mixing well to combine.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, cover, and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

Notes
