- 1 medium Onion Chopped

Canned and Dry Goods
- 1 can Canned tomatoes Use diced or crushed
- 1 can Black beans Can be substituted with cauliflower rice for lower carb
- 2 tbsp Chili powder Adjust to taste for heat
Cooking Essentials
- 2 tbsp Olive oil For browning the meat and vegetables
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Grated, for taco casserole and meatballs
Spices
- 1 tsp Cumin Add for flavor
- 1 tsp Garlic powder Optional seasoning
Method
Chili Preparation
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown the ground beef with chopped onions and bell peppers.
- Mix in chili powder and canned tomatoes, and let the mixture simmer for about 30 minutes.
Taco Casserole Assembly
- Layer the browned ground meat in a baking dish with sliced zucchini, grated parmesan, and spices.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 30 minutes until bubbly.
Meatball Preparation
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey with grated parmesan and spices, then roll into balls.
- Place the meatballs onto a baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 20 minutes until cooked through.
