Pizza Bites Ingredients
- 24 slices pepperoni Use good quality pepperoni for better flavor.
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese You can experiment with different cheeses.
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning Optional ingredient.
- 2 tablespoons low sugar pizza sauce Optional for extra flavor.
- Cooking spray or olive oil For greasing the muffin pan.
Method
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease a mini muffin pan with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Place one slice of pepperoni into each muffin cup to form a base.
- In a bowl, mix the mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning if using.
- Add a small spoonful of the cheese mix on top of the pepperoni.
- If using, add a small dot of pizza sauce under or over the cheese.
Baking
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Let them cool for 5 minutes before carefully removing from the pan.

Notes
