  • 1 cup sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 head cauliflower, riced for low-carb option

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Preparation

  • In a large skillet or pot, brown the ground meat over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, cooking until soft.
  • Stir in the ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  • If using riced cauliflower, stir it into the meat mixture until well combined.

Baking

  • Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish, top with shredded cheese if desired.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is melted.
