- 5 cups cabbage, chopped Chop the cabbage into even pieces for uniform cooking.

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Method
Cooking
- In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy.
- Remove the bacon and set it aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until translucent.
- Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in the reserved bacon before serving.
