- 1 lb Cajun sausage
- 4 cups green cabbage, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder

Method
Preparation
- Slice the Cajun sausage into bite-sized pieces and shred the cabbage into thin strips.
Cooking
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté the cabbage until softened, about 4-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Cajun seasoning to the skillet. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
- Return the cooked sausage to the skillet, mixing everything until well combined.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
