Ingredients
- 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 ¼ cups granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 tsp almond extract
- Gray red, and black icing
- Candy eyes or mini chocolate chips
- Optional: fondant or icing triangles for ears
Method
- 1. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- 2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- 3. Add egg and almond extract; mix well.
- 4. Gradually mix in dry ingredients to form dough.
- 5. Chill dough for at least 1 hour.
- 6. Roll out to ¼-inch thick and cut into oval/Labubu shapes.
- 7. Bake at 350°F for 8–10 mins until edges are light golden.
- 8. Cool completely before decorating.
- 9. Use icing and candy details to create Labubu’s face.
- 10. Let icing set fully before serving or storing.

Notes
For nut-free variation, substitute almond extract with vanilla.
