Method
Preparation
- Start by taking the softened cream cheese mixed with fresh herbs and spreading a generous layer on each cracker.
Building the Ladybugs
- Place a cherry tomato half, cut-side down, on top of each cream cheese-covered cracker to form the ladybug’s wings.
- Add a whole or halved black olive on top of the cherry tomato for the ladybug's head.
- Insert the chive pieces into the olive to create antennae.
Serving
- Arrange the Ladybug Crackers on a platter for everyone to enjoy. They make a stunning centerpiece for any table.
