Method
Cooking
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add asparagus and cook for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Add shrimp to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
- Cook shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
