  • 1 pound ground beef Can substitute with ground turkey or chicken
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled Use high-quality bacon for best flavor

Sauce Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream Can substitute with half-and-half or a mix of milk and cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Freshly grated is best
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded Freshly grated is best
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Enhances flavor
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For Garnish

  • Chopped parsley Adds freshness and color

Method

Preparation

  • Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.

Cooking

  • Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Add the grated Parmesan and cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce is creamy.
  • Mix in the cooked pasta and crumbled bacon.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
