Ingredients
Pasta and Meat
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta Cook according to package instructions
- 1 pound ground beef Can substitute with ground turkey or chicken
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled Use high-quality bacon for best flavor
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream Can substitute with half-and-half or a mix of milk and cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Freshly grated is best
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded Freshly grated is best
- 2 cloves garlic, minced Enhances flavor
- Salt and pepper to taste
For Garnish
- Chopped parsley Adds freshness and color
Method
Preparation
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
Cooking
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add the grated Parmesan and cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Mix in the cooked pasta and crumbled bacon.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serving
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes
