Ingredients

Method
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Spread them out on a baking sheet and roast for about 25-30 minutes or until crispy.
Cooking the Meat
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef or turkey over medium heat until browned.
- Season the meat with salt and pepper.
Assembly
- In a large bowl, layer the roasted potatoes, ground meat, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, cheese, avocado, and lettuce.
