Method
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread the tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Baking
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until they are crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle cheese on top of the tater tots.
- Add bacon bits and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
Serving
- Remove from the oven, drizzle with sour cream, and garnish with chopped green onions.
