- 1 head cabbage, chopped
- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 cup cauliflower rice (optional) Use if desired for added texture

Method
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic, sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add the ground beef or turkey, and cook until browned.
- Stir in the chopped cabbage, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- If using, fold in the cauliflower rice.
- Cook until the cabbage is tender, about 10-15 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Serving
- Serve hot, optionally with rice on the side.
