Ingredients

  • 1 firm banana not overripe
  • 1 cup rolled oats gluten-free
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup lactose-free dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Method

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking tray with parchment.
  • 2. Mash the banana in a mixing bowl.
  • 3. Add oats, maple syrup, chocolate chips, cinnamon, and salt.
  • 4. Mix until well combined.
  • 5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the tray.
  • 6. Bake for 12–14 minutes until golden and firm.
