Ingredients
- Simple clean ingredients that support gut health
- 1 firm banana not overripe
- 1 cup rolled oats gluten-free
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup lactose-free dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Method
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking tray with parchment.
- 2. Mash the banana in a mixing bowl.
- 3. Add oats, maple syrup, chocolate chips, cinnamon, and salt.
- 4. Mix until well combined.
- 5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the tray.
- 6. Bake for 12–14 minutes until golden and firm.
