Ingredients

  • 4 cucumber slices
  • 3 –4 fresh mint leaves
  • 200 ml soda water
  • 1 tsp maple syrup optional, low FODMAP

Method

  • 1. Muddle mint leaves gently in a glass.
  • 2. Add cucumber slices.
  • 3. Pour in soda water.
  • 4. Stir in maple syrup if desired.
  • 5. Serve chilled over ice.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of blueberry lemon syrup.
