- 2 cups cream soda Use chilled for a refreshing drink.
- 1/4 teaspoon butter extract Can be substituted with vanilla extract if not available.
- a pinch salt Enhances overall flavor.
- 2 tablespoons butterscotch sauce Add per glass.
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream Use generous scoops for best results.
- optional Whipped cream For topping.
Method
Preparation
- In a small bowl or pitcher, mix 2 cups of cream soda with 1/4 teaspoon of butter extract and a pinch of salt. Stir gently to combine.
- Drizzle 2 tablespoons of butterscotch sauce into the bottom of each glass.
- Add 2 generous scoops of vanilla ice cream to each glass.
- Slowly pour the cream soda mixture over the ice cream until itβs frothy and bubbly.
- If desired, finish with a swirl of whipped cream and an extra drizzle of butterscotch sauce.
- Serve immediately and enjoy while cold and fizzy.
