Ingredients
- 2 cups ripe mango chopped
- 1 –2 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
- ½ lime juiced
- ½ cup coconut milk or Greek yogurt optional
Method
- 1. Add mango, sweetener, and lime juice to a blender.
- 2. Blend until smooth.
- 3. Add coconut milk or yogurt for creaminess (optional).
- 4. Pour mixture into popsicle molds.
- 5. Freeze for at least 6 hours.
- 6. Run molds under warm water to release.
- 7. Serve and enjoy!

Notes
Use very ripe mangoes for natural sweetness.
