  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (to taste)

  • 1 pinch salt

Method

Preparation

  • In a blender, combine the silken tofu, mango, peach, coconut milk, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  • Pour the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Serving

  • Serve chilled, optionally topped with fresh fruit or coconut flakes.
