Ingredients
- 2 cups ripe mango chunks fresh or frozen
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream chilled
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp lime juice optional
Method
- 1. Blend mango chunks until smooth. Strain if necessary for a silky texture.
- 2. In a chilled bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
- 3. Gently fold in the mango puree, condensed milk, salt, and lime juice.
- 4. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan and smooth the top.
- 5. Cover with foil or wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- 6. Scoop and serve cold!

Notes
