  • 1/4 cup Almond Butter (64 g)
  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats (45 g)
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder (25 g)
  • 2 teaspoons Matcha Powder (4 g)
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds (12 g)
  • 1 tablespoon Honey (12 mL)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt

Method

Preparation

  • Combine the almond butter, rolled oats, protein powder, matcha powder, chia seeds, honey, and sea salt in a bowl.
  • Mix until well combined, using your hands to press and squeeze the mixture.
  • Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball; each should weigh about 20 grams.
  • Place the balls on a parchment-lined plate or tray.
  • Repeat until you have 8 balls.
  • Transfer the energy balls to an airtight container and refrigerate or freeze them.
