- 1 tablespoon Honey (12 mL)
- 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
Method
Preparation
- Combine the almond butter, rolled oats, protein powder, matcha powder, chia seeds, honey, and sea salt in a bowl.
- Mix until well combined, using your hands to press and squeeze the mixture.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball; each should weigh about 20 grams.
- Place the balls on a parchment-lined plate or tray.
- Repeat until you have 8 balls.
- Transfer the energy balls to an airtight container and refrigerate or freeze them.
