  • 2 cups Leftover turkey, shredded
  • 1 box Stuffing mix
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup Gravy For topping
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper Adjust to taste
  • optional Herbs (thyme or rosemary)

Method

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey and stuffing mix.
  • In another bowl, whisk together eggs and chicken broth, then add to the turkey and stuffing mixture. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs if desired.
  • Grease a muffin tin and fill each cup with the mixture.

Cooking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
  • Serve warm, topped with gravy.
