- 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste

- optional Herbs (thyme or rosemary)
Method
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey and stuffing mix.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs and chicken broth, then add to the turkey and stuffing mixture. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs if desired.
- Grease a muffin tin and fill each cup with the mixture.
Cooking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
- Serve warm, topped with gravy.
