- 8 sticks Mozzarella cheese sticks

Method
Preparation
- Cut mozzarella sticks into desired sizes.
- In three separate bowls, set up flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
- Dredge each mozzarella stick in flour, then dip in eggs, and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Freeze the coated mozzarella sticks for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the mozzarella sticks until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
